Fresh from a trip to Southeast Asia, Chef Perkinson seeks to channel inspiration from the rich traditions of Southeast Asian Street Food to create a one of a kind global food experience. Five courses of mouth-watering cuisine will be matched with five of our beers, wines, ciders or honey wines in the comfortable, casual taproom setting.
