Taproom Dinners

 

Our inaugural dinner was held November 2nd, 2015 with James Beard Award Winner Lee Gregory of the Alewife. Since then we’ve been honored to feature amazing partners such as, Dutch & Co, Saison, Vagabond, Tuffy Stone, Southbound, Laura Lee’s, Acacia mid-town, Heritage, The Broken Tulip, Abuelita’s.


The menu is born from the chef’s inspiration, after multiple meetings and numerous tastings with our Brewmaster & Winemaker. Sometimes components are cured, pickled or infused weeks prior to the meal; and often dishes are being tweaked in the final hours leading up to the event. It’s always an exciting and creative undertaking, with each course thoughtfully designed to pair with a selection of our beers, ciders, wines, and honey wines.
